Wash and Fold Questions
Laundry drop off is by appointment only. Give us a call at (845) 208-9278 and set up a time for our wash and fold service.
Our 'default' laundry detergent is PowerPax 5-in-1 detergent - Linen Fresh Scent. However, we also offer Tide and All Free & Clear options if you prefer.
Cost depends on how quickly you want your laundry back. It is $1.25/lb. for 24–48-hour turnaround time. If you want your clothes back in 24-hours it is $1.75/lb. If you need your clothes back the same day, it is $2.25/lb. Oversized items are an additional $9.99.
There is a 25-pound minimum order.
For basic service there is a 24-48-hour turnaround time. For an additional cost you can get your clothes back in 24-hours or the same day.
No, we never mix your laundry with another customers. We know that this could lead to mix-ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery service Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays from 8:00 am - 10:00 am and 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
Your laundry is completed and returned in 24–48 hours. There are next day and same day options also available.
You do not need to be home to use our service. Simply let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so we know where to look for it. If you do not specify we will automatically leave your laundry at your front door.
Royal Touch Wash and Fold is not responsible for stolen laundry.
There is a section called "Preferences" when you place your order. You can tell us there if you like your laundry done a certain way.
There is no longer term commitment! You can cancel at any time, but we are confident that you will stick with us because of our superior service.
We will ask you for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry has been completed.
We ask that you make sure that your pockets are empty. While we do our best to make sure your clothes are ready to be washed, we are not responsible for damage that is a result of things left in your pockets.
We also recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
If you are on a recurring schedule and plan to go out of town, you can access your account and place your service on hold until you return.
